Brooke Vincent
Brooke Vincent, born in Manchester on June 22, 1992. When she became bored of her swimming and dancing classes her mother decided that she was interested in acting as a child at the age of seven. She joined Laine Management. She first appeared on TV in 2002 with the role of Casey Glass, in League of Gentleman. In March 2004, she was invited to audition for the part of Sophie Webster in Coronation Street because the previous actor Emma Woodward decided to leave the soap. Brooke was cast in the role and made her debut on the 12th of May the 12th of May, the 12th of May, 2004. Brooke was a graduate of Fairfield High School for Girls after which she went to the University of Manchester where she took classes in drama. Brooke has a weekend job working as a hairdresser in a nearby salon in addition to playing part on Coronation Street. Brooke stated on This Morning in 2009 that while she liked her Saturday job, she couldn't answer to the phone since she had an "common vocal tone".
