Morgan Fairchild was born Patsy Anne McClenny on February 3, 1950. She is an American actor. The actress gained fame in the latter part of the 1970s and into the into the 1980s when she played performances in a variety of television shows, in which she usually presented a glamourous image. Fairchild made her debut on the show Search for Tomorrow on CBS in the role of Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. After appearing in Dallas in which she played Jenna Wade as the very first actress in primetime, Fairchild moved on to the NBC program Flamingo Road. For this performance, she won with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for Best Actress in a Television Series - Drama. Fairchild co-starred alongside ABC in the soap opera Paper Dolls from 1984. She also appeared as Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest from 1985 to 1986. Fairchild was also seen in the theater, and in guest roles on television programs like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. Fairchild was also nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 for her role in this drama. She is on the board of SAG-AFTRA.
